Artículo primero autorizase a la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y minero para efectuar importaciones de caucho y cordonel con destino a las fabricas nacionales de llantas y neumáticos, por un valor no superior al de los registros de importación aprobados a cada una de dichas fabricas para tales fines, en el segundo semestre de 1957.
