ARTICULO 3.2.2.2.- INVERSIONES.- Sin perjuicio de las disposiciones legales especiales, las bolsas de valores podrán realizar todas aquellas inversiones que guarden relación directa con su objeto social. Tratándose de bienes inmuebles la inversión será procedente cuando tenga como finalidad la utilización del bien para el funcionamiento de la entidad.
