Los nombramientos de Jefes administrativos que hayan sido hechos por el Poder Ejecutivo desde 1.º de Abril último, sin la aprobacion del Senado, serán sometidos á dicha aprobacion inmediatamente despues de la sancion de la presente ley, siempre que tales nombramientos se encuentren comprendidos entre aquellos respecto de los cuales debe cumplirse esta formalidad conforme á la ley de la materia del presente año.

Parágrafo

Los que se hagan despues de la expedicion de esta ley, se someterán al Senado dentro de tercero dia despues de hecho el respectivo nombramiento.
