Art. 8º Los pasaportes que den los Estados Mayores de Brigada ó de División los visarán sus respectivos Comandantes, y los que expidan los Jefes de Columna, Batallón, ó Piquete los visará la primera autoridad política del lugar del acantonamiento. Los Secretarios de Hacienda visarán en lugar de los Gobernadores.
