ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.13 . LIBERTAD PARA EL RECIBO DE DEPOSITOS. Todo establecimiento bancario podrá limitar la cantidad que un individuo o asociación pueda depositar en su sección de ahorros, a la suma que estime conveniente, y podrá también, a su arbitrio, negarse a recibir un depósito o devolverlo en cualquier tiempo total o parcialmente.
