Investigaciones y sanciones. Cuando el Valor a Pagar o el flete se encuentren por debajo de los Costos Eficientes de Operación estimados por el Ministerio de Transporte, con base en la información reportada y registrada en el SICE- TAC, las Superintendencias de Puertos y Transporte y de Industria y Comercio, adelantarán dentro del marco de sus competencias, las investigaciones a que haya lugar de conformidad con lo dispuesto en las Leyes 336 de 1996 y 1340 de 2009.
