Corresponde a los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, ejercer el control e inspección indispensables para que se cumplan de manera permanente los requisitos y prescripciones que para cada caso en particular se establecen en el presente Decreto, sin perjuicio de que el Ministerio de Salud, cuando lo considere indispensable, pueda llevar a cabo estas acciones específicas de control.
