Los alumnos o aprendices de los cursos regulares diurnos, recibirán gratuitamente: la instrucción, el material escolar, el almuerzo, vestuario de trabajo, el lavado y el equipo de internado o seminternado, según el caso. Cuando se trate de alumnos seminternos, la alimentación gratuita será tan solo la correspondiente a sus horas de asistencia escolar.
