º. Por el Ministerio de Hacienda se dictaran las disposiciones necesarias en desarrollo del presente Decreto, en lo que se refiere a las Carnicerías oficiales, que se establecerán en la capital de la Republica. Los Gobernadores o Jefes Civiles y Militares quedan encargados de la organización y reglamentación de las Carnicerías oficiales en el capital del respectivo Departamento.
