° En consecuencia, para todos los efectos, el texto del artículo 11 de la Ley 7ª de 1990, será el siguiente: “Artículo 11. Autorizaciones. El Gobierno Nacional hará las apropiaciones y traslados presupuestales que demande el cumplimiento del artículo 9° de esta Ley. Así mismo, convendrá con el Banco de la República las condiciones y términos del pago con subrogación”.
