La Nación contribuye, por una sola vez, con la suma de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000) para el ensanche del Hospital de Caridad, de Barranquilla, cumplidos como están los mismos requisitos establecidos por la Ley 71 de 1946 , que desarrolla el ordinal 20) del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional.
