Las ligas o asociaciones nacionales harán la convocatoria para los exámenes con un mínimo de treinta (30) días calendario de anticipación, previa información de la fecha de su realización a la Dirección Administrativa de Comunicación Social del Ministerio de Comunicaciones. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones podrá comisionar a un funcionario para presenciar la realización de los exámenes.
