ARTICULO SEGUNDO. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga los Decretos 1647 de 1978, 1859 de 1982, 1203 de 1983, 241 de 1993 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.

Decreto 2673 de 1993 · Por el cual se aprueba el Acuerdo No. 002 del 20 de diciembre de 1993 de la Junta Directiva del Fondo de Cofinanciación para la Inversión Social, FIS, el cual suprime algunos cargos de la planta de personal del Fondo Nacional Hospitalario y se establece la correspondiente al Fondo de Cofinanciación para la Inversión Social, FIS.
