El Poder Ejecutivo dictará, sin pérdida de tiempo, las providencias conducentes á proveer las oficinas de los Consulados generales hoy existentes ó de las que en lo sucesivo se establezcan, de un muestrario, lo más completo que sea posible, de las producciones minerales, agrícolas &c. del país, y de los mapas general y particulares de Colombia. Es un deber de los Cónsules generales mantener en exhibición dichos muestrarios y mapas y suministrar sobre ambos todo género de informes.
