N Calidades para ser elegido Magistrado del Tribunal Administrativo. Período. Para ser Magistrado del Tribunal Administrativo se requieren las mismas calidades que la Constitución Política exige para ser Magistrado de Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial. El período de los Magistrados de los Tribunales Administrativos será de cuatro años. Durante el período no podrán ser removidos sino por falta disciplinara o por haber llegado a la edad de retiro forzoso.
