Las Juntas Directivas de las organizaciones periodísticas de carácter gremial que actualmente funcionan con personería jurídica, serán entidades consultivas del Gobierno Nacional, en todo lo referente a la mejor aplicación de esta ley, y muy especialmente en cuanto a la observancia de una estricta ética profesional.
