El Gobierno nacional a través del Ministerio de Cultura y el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, crearán y formularán las estrategias y políticas que permitan proteger, catalogar, coleccionar y mantener en uso comercial el Yipao, con fines de promoción cultural y turística. Dichos Ministerios darán prioridad a los proyectos que involucren el Yipao como atractivo cultural y turístico.
