Declarase de utilidad pública la demolición de las construcciones de que trata el artículo 5°., numerales 1°. y 2°. de la presente ley. En consecuencia, el gobierno hará uso de las disposiciones sobre expropiación e indemnización en relación con los propietarios respectivos.
