Giro a los departamentos. El giro por parte de Ecopetrol, a los departamentos y al Distrito Capital de Santa Fe de Bogotá, del porcentaje del uno punto uno por ciento (1.1 %) consignado mensualmente, se hará en forma proporcional de acuerdo con su respectiva participación porcentual en el consumo de gasolina regular y extra, dentro de los primeros quince (15) días calendario del mes siguiente al recaudo del porcentaje señalado.
