Incorpórase a la red de carreteras nacionales y Plan Vial, de que trata la Ley 12 de 1949 , el sector de carretera en servicio que, partiendo de "Sote", sobre el kilómetro 15 de la vía del Carare, pasa por el centro urbano de Cómbita (Boyacá), y va a empalmar con la Carretera Central del Norte, sobre el kilómetro 18, en el sitio de "El Moriñal".
