º. El servicio religioso del Ejército lo dirige la Sección de Culto del Ministerio de Guerra. Está a cargo de un sacerdote nombrado por el Poder Ejecutivo, de acuerdo con la autoridad eclesiástica competente; dicho sacerdote será el Jefe de la Sección y llevará el título y desempeñará las funciones de Capellán General del Ejército.
