Al cónyuge supérstite de Agentes de la Policía Nacional y a sus hijos menores o inválidos absolutos que hayan tenido el derecho consagrado o disfrutado de la sustitución pensional prevista en el Decreto 981 de 1946, se les restablecerá a partir de la vigencia de esta Ley el derecho a continuar percibiendo la pensión del causante, en la forma consagrada en el artículo 84 del Decreto 609 de 1977.
