Cuando un funcionario o empleado público cometa un delito de las que dan lugar a juicio de responsabilidad y además un delito común de competencia del Juez Superior, conocerá éste con intervención del Jurado, acumulativamente, salvo los casos en que por razón de fuero, corresponda conocer a entidades de más alta categoría.
