ARTICULO 52 . Comité de evaluación de Oficiales Subalternos. El Comité de Evaluación de Oficiales Subalternos, estará integrado por dos (2) oficiales generales de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, designados por el Director General de la Policía Nacional, el Subdirector de Recursos Humanos y el Jefe de la División de Procedimientos de Personal, quien actuará como Secretario.
