º . Restablecimiento de los servicios de acueducto y alcantarillado . Con el fin de garantizar la ejecución de las obras necesarias para el restablecimiento de los servicios de acueducto y alcantarillado en el municipio de Mocoa, no será necesaria la presentación de los permisos de uso, ocupación e intervención temporal de la infraestructura vial carretera, concesionada y férrea, al igual que la acreditación predial para la construcción de estructuras, los permisos de servidumbre o de paso de tuberías. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de las correspondientes indemnizaciones, una vez restablecido el servicio, si a ellas hubiere lugar.
