° La Facultad de Educación de Bogotá que hace parte de la Universidad Nacional, tendrá en adelante un Consejo Directivo compuesto de cinco miembros, así: el Rector de la Facultad, quien lo presidirá; el Inspector Nacional de Educación, un profesor que desempeñará el cargo por períodos de un año, el representante del Ministerio de Educación y el representante de los estudiantes de la misma.
