Los responsables de los hechos contemplados en el artículo 1°, serán condenados a Colonia agrícola Penal, de seis meses a cuatro años.

Como pena accesoria, podrá el funcionario imponer al condenado la prohibición de residir en determinado lugar por un espacio de seis meses a dos años, según su carácter más o menos antisocial y las demás circunstancias que aconsejen tal medida.
