º . Alcance . En la audiencia pública se recibirán opiniones, informaciones y documentos, que deberán tenerse en cuenta en el momento de la toma de decisiones por parte de la autoridad ambiental competente. Durante la celebración de la audiencia pública no se adoptarán decisiones. Este mecanismo de participación no agota el derecho de los ciudadanos a participar mediante otros instrumentos en la actuación administrativa correspondiente.

Parágrafo

La audiencia pública no es una instancia de debate, ni de discusión.
