º. Funciones . La Comisión Gubernamental tendrá como funciones el adelantar un proceso de acercamiento, negociación y suscripción de acuerdos finales con el Movimiento Independiente Revolucionario Comandos Armados Revolucionarios MIR-COAR, en los términos previstos en la Ley 104 de 1993 y la Ley 241 de 1995.
