Art. 14.° Cada Intendencia nacional tendrá un Represéntate al Congreso y dos suplentes, y la elección la verificará una Junta formada por el Intendente, su Secretario y tres vecinos notables elegidos por el Consejo municipal de la capital de la Intendencia.

Parágrafo

La primera elección se hará el primer domingo de Diciembre de 1907, y en lo sucesivo cada cuatro años en el mismo día.
