Artículo quinto. No se causará impuesto a las ventas por el simple hecho de la importación directa de vehículos por parte de agentes diplomáticos y consulares colombianos, siempre y cuando que la referida importación se ajuste a los requisitos y términos del Decreto 041 de 1968.
