PRESTACIONES SOCIALES EN SITUACIONES ESPECIALES . Las prestaciones de los Agentes de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo que se encuentren en cualquiera de las situaciones especiales a que se refieren los artículos 33 y 35 de este Decreto, serán las correspondientes a su categoría y se liquidarán y pagarán sobre la base de los haberes que devengarían si se encontraran en la ciudad de Bogotá.
