Art. 1.° Declárense vias públicas nacionales: el camino de "Guantiva" i "Páramo de la Casa Blanca," que pone en comunicacion directo si Norte del Estado de Boyacá con el Sur del de Santander; el.que partiendo de la capital del Estado de Boyacá va a las salinas de Chámeza, Cocuachó i Gualirito,pasando por Miradores; i el que partiendo de Chiquinquirá pasa por el "Páramo de Merchan" al alto del "Granadillo" en el Estado de Santander.
