Creacion De Plazas De Magistrados Y De Abogado Auxiliar

ARTICULO 10.º CREACION DE PLAZAS DE MAGISTRADOS Y DE ABOGADO AUXILIAR. Créanse dos (2) cargos de Consejero de Estado y dos de Abogado Auxiliar, grado 21, los cuales se asignan a la Sección Segunda de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo. Créanse dos (2) cargos de Magistrado en los Tribunales Administrativos de Caldas, Cauca y Risaralda, y un cargo de Magistrado en los Tribunales Administrativos de Caquetá, Cesar, Córdoba, Huila, Magdalena, Quindío y Sucre. Estos cargos corresponden a los creados por la Ley 30 de 1988.

Parágrafo

Cada uno de los Magistrados de que trata el presente artículo, tendrá un (1) auxiliar judicial grado 11.
