°. Plazo de la liquidación. El Fondo Nacional de Regalías entrará en proceso de liquidación a partir de la promulgación del Decreto-ley 4923 de diciembre 26 de 2011, el cual debe concurrir a más tardar en el término de tres (3) años a partir de la fecha de expedición del presente decreto, que podrá prorrogarse mediante acto administrativo debidamente motivado, y para todos los efectos legales utilizará la denominación "Fondo Nacional de Regalías en Liquidación".
