Las reclamaciones que se propongan ante las comisiones auxiliares, así como los desacuerdos que surjan entre sus miembros, serán resueltos por las comisiones escrutadoras distritales o municipales, conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 17 de esta Ley; pero tales reclamos o apelaciones no eximen a las comisiones auxiliares de la obligación de hacer el cómputo de los votos y anotarlos en las actas correspondientes.
