Artículo treinta y siete. Aplicación de la convención. Las convenciones colectivas entre patronos y sindicatos cuyo número de afiliados no exceda de la tercera parte del total de los trabajadores de la empresa, solamente son aplicables a los miembros del sindicato que las haya celebrado, y a quienes adhieran a ellas o ingresen posteriormente al sindicato.
