º . Tasa de interés en devoluciones . De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 863 y 864 del Estatuto Tributario y con base en la certificación expedida por la Superintendencia Financiera, la tasa de interés que regirá en materia de devoluciones, entre el 1º de julio y el 31 de octubre de 2006 será del veinte punto sesenta y tres por ciento (20.63%) anual.
