Adiciónase el Estatuto Tributario con el artículo 486-2:

“Artículo 486-2. Tratamiento tributario en operaciones de transferencias temporales de valores. Los ingresos y rendimientos de las transferencias temporales de valores deberán tener la misma naturaleza y tratamiento fiscal del título transferido”.
