Si en el momento de reconocer o de pagar alguna prestación en dinero, el empleado hubiere dejado de pertenecer al servicio sin cubrir la totalidad de la cuota de afiliación, se descontará de una vez lo que deba, o mediante la reducción de un veinte por ciento si se trata de pensión pagadera por mensualidad.
