Para mantener y consolidar los mercados, el Fondo podrá compensar las pérdidas en operaciones de exportación que resulten de cambios en las condiciones del mercado exterior o de circunstancias de producción interna, y aquellas que con aprobación del Fondo se vean obligados a asumir los exportadores para atender el mantenimiento y normal desarrollo de sus negocios de exportación, cuando ellos se vieren perturbados por ocurrencias imprevistas.
