No utilización de servicios. Cuando los beneficiarios no utilicen los servicios asistenciales de la Sanidad Militar o de las entidades contratadas, el Ministerio de Defensa queda exonerado de toda responsabilidad, salvo lo previsto en el artículo 94 del presente Decreto.
