La Nación asume la carga del descuento que tienen en el mercado los Bonos de la Deuda Interna Nacional Unificada (Bonos Dinú), recibidos hasta el presente y que en el futuro reciba en Instituto de Crédito Territorial por cuenta de precio de las viviendas populares, de conformidad con los artículos 14, 16 y demás pertinentes del Decreto-ley número 380 de 1942.
