Artículo sexto. Si cualquier importador negociare las sémolas importadas, en lugar de dedicarlas a la fabricación de pastas alimenticias, serán decomisadas por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público como objeto de contrabando, sin perjuicio de las otras sanciones que se establecen en el presente Decreto.
