Corresponde a las Direcciones Territoriales del Ministerio del Trabajo, de conformidad con el artículo 91 del Decreto-Ley 1295 de 1994, y el artículo 20 de la Ley 1562 de 2012, o las normas que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan, imponer las sanciones por incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este capítulo por parte de los empleadores y Administradoras de Riesgos Laborales.
