El ordinal a) del artículo 2º de la ley 22 de 1942 quedará así:

Haber servido al país en los puestos del Organo Judicial, del Ministerio Público o de lo Contencioso Administrativo por un término no menor de veinte años. En este término de servicio se contará y acumulará el que se hubiere prestado en uno varios destinos o en ejercicio del cargo del Presidente de la República, Ministro del Despacho Ejecutivo, Gobernador del Departamento, Senador o Representante al Congreso.
