El funcionario que abra el testamento conservará en su archivo dicha copia para enviarla al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de Colombia, en el caso de que éste la pida por extravío del expediente original. Llegado ese caso, tal copia tendrá el valor y surtirá los efectos del testamento original.
