Las entidades públicas, así como las sociedades o compañías de cualquier clase, personas naturales a cuyo favor haya otorgado u otorga la Nación subvenciones o auxilios en dinero para la ejecución de obras de interés público, estarán sujetas la inspección y vigilancia del Gobierno en la forma prescrita por los artículos 1º y 2º de la Ley 27 de 1888 .
