ARTICULO 1.3.1.3.4 . MARGEN DE SOLVENCIA DE LAS ENTIDADES ASEGURADORAS. En las fechas previstas para el efecto, las compañías y cooperativas de seguros deberán mantener y acreditar ante la Superintendencia Bancaria, como margen de solvencia, un patrimonio técnico saneado equivalente, como mínimo, a las cuantías que determine dicho organismo. El margen de solvencia se determinará en función del importe anual de las primas o de la carga media de siniestralidad en los tres (3) últimos ejercicios sociales; de entre ellos el importe que resulte más elevado.
