Corresponde a los fiscales delegados ante los jueces de circuito, municipales y promiscuos: Investigar, calificar y acusar, si a ello hubiere lugar, los delitos cuyo juzgamiento este atribuido en primera instancia a los jueces del circuito y municipales.
